JEL-1620W: Padded Travel Case

JELCO, Inc. offers a LIFETIME - LIMITED Warranty. JELCO warrants to the original purchaser that its cases are free from defect in material and workmanship, under normal use and operation. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, improper care, or alteration by the purchaser, airlines, common carriers, or other third parties. If the case does not operate as warranted above, JELCO will repair or replace the defective merchandise at our option and expense. It is important to note that our warranty is not an unconditional warranty for the life of the product. All materials eventually wear out with normal use. Like any other product, it is not indestructible. Therefore, JELCO is not liable for normal wear and tear (moving parts, wheels and handles), damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper care, or alteration. Incidental or consequential damages, such as loss or damage to the items being carried, are not included in the warranty stated above. If an airline or other carrier damages your JELCO case, you should immediately file a damage claim with the carrier. Note: Locks on JELCO cases are intended only for unauthorized opening and cannot necessarily prevent theft of case and/or its content.
